New Shipping Features / Shipping Labels
The new features to select shipping and print labels through Shippo directly from the orders page on Weebly is fantastic. However, the shipping labels are not configured correctly for my Dymo printer and my 4x6 shipping labels. Please fix asap so that the labels print correctly (currently they print sideways and only half the size). There is no way to re-orient the downloaded label. Without this printing correctly the new features are useless and I still have to go through Shippo to be able to print a correct size label.
Also, bring back the feature where you can select to have the "Item Shipped" confirmation email sent. Make it a checkable feature to send it automatically and then have a confirmation that the email actually went out.
Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble, @TillG. I can see how that would be pretty annoying. This link is for different software but the same issue. Can you check to see if you have the same option to set the default orientation?

It looks like your shipping label orientation may not be setup properly. Log into the store backend and click Setup>Shipping. Then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen where your default box size is setup. Click edit, then scroll all the way to the bottom again. You should see the option to switch to 4x6 for Thermal Printers.
Once you switch this it will show the proper formatting for you. Although, I don't believe it will update on labels that have already been purchased. I'm very sorry about that.

Hi @mk33 Click on Settings>Shipping and then scroll down to Advanced Settings and click Edit. Scroll to the very bottom of the next screen and change the Label Format option to "4x6 in - for thermal printers".
