Product Images Not Showing

All of the photos on my website are working fine, except for the photos I upload for each product in my store. No matter what type of image or browser I use, it won't show the image. When editing my site, where the image is supposed to be, it is blank. When adding/editing products in the Products Library, it shows a question mark in a blue box where the images should be. I've published my site to see if the images would show up, and I've also emptied caches and things like that. Like I said, all of the other images on my site work fine, it's only the images I've added for specific produts. I'm not sure what to do at this point now! Super frustraing. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I just started having the same issue as the OP. Now all new products show the image in the items, but when using the items it doesnt show. Tried using a smaller img, but it still wont show on the web page.

Hi- I am now experiencing this issue when uploading new products. Images for old products are still up, but when I try to add an image for a new item, it dissapears in the editor and doesn't show up on site. Hope you can help, thanks.

Hi there!

I have been having same issue with images not appearing at times.  After uploading them they appear in product photos.  But once I save them they are blank within my website.  Sometimes they flash white.  Needing to know what exactly to do to prevent this.  I am uploading them from a desktop to the weebly site where I manage my online store.

We are also having exactly the same problem at www.poppyandthyme.com

It was working fine last night and now we're having the problem where photos show as uploading successfully but then they don't appear on the website.

I am looking through here and this is the closest thread to my issues. I have the product photos showing fine, but two of my category photos just refuse to show up no matter what size, what ratio, just will not show any photo I put up. Always looks like it's going to save, but nothing pops up. When I try to do a preview of the photo before trying to save it, it always says an error has occurred, try again. Which, of course, leads to the same thing.

I'm also having  the same issue - the uploads are fine and I can see my product images in the Items Library, but once I load on the website I cannot see a single photo, and the category columns aren't working either.

The mobile view is also horrendous.

Hi we are having a similar issue I have added a second image to one product it shows on the home page featured product but not in the onlline store. I don't want to waste time uploading more pictures if this will occur for all products can you assist please?

I've just had this exact same problem. The images in my store were working perfectly until today, when I did some work on the text of a completely different page (I did not go near the images for my store) and now there are no images showing on my sales page and no columns showing either. This is for www.rbkelly.co.uk/courses.html

All other images on my site seem to be fine. Like I said, I haven't done any work on my Courses page at all today so I'm at a loss as to why this would happen. The Weebly editor is very glitchy today from my experience, though - this is not the only issue I've had but it's the one that's caused me the biggest problem.

Hi @rbkelly I spoke with support and they were able to find some incomplete code that was added under Settings>SEO>Header. The incomplete code was breaking the specific page, but it should be working properly now.

Same issue. I tried uploading a new image, no change.

Is the page. The other two products are showing up fine. The third was, as well, but I changed the image. That's when it stopped working.

Hi @LauraBrown Just to confirm, the image was showing up at first, but then you changed the image from the Edit Item page and it stopped working? If a re-publish does not help you may need to reach out to our support team. A rep can confirm with advanced support if this is a known issue.

Had the same issue recently, for no obvious reason. I tried a few things, eventually completely replacing the products form with a new one, which fixed the issue:

- Changed the name of the PNG image, reuploaded - no luck, reuploaded as JPEG - no luck.

- Checked the source code of the page with the missing product image and noticed the item in question did not have a 'background-image', whose url was empty ( background-image: url() ).

- Finally created a new product form and added all the items anew, it's working now, the background image url is set.

We are having this issue. I added a new image to an existing product and it shows up fine in the editor window. After saving it does not show on the live site. It is a blank white box next to the other images. It is 3.8MB.
