Pop up cart

Is there any way to have your cart pop up on a seperate page?  My customers will call and say the site isn't working becuase the cart does not pop up.  We will tell them that the cart is in the right hand corner, but it flusters them to no end. A pop up would help a great deal.

By popping up in a separate page, do you mean another browser tab or popup window? There isn't really a way to do that, unfortunately.
