Problems with customers using IPads or Iphones

I have a number of customers who have problems when using IPhones or IPads to purchase from my website.  When they go to put an item in the cart, the page tells them there is no stock, although the item is clearly there.  I suggest they try using a different browser, refresh the page, clear the cache, but this seems to make no difference.  As I am unable to take card payments over the phone, this is losing me customers.  All of them report having no difficulty buying from other websites, so why is this still an issue with Weebly?  I've reported it several times in the past but it is still happening.  No one has reported problems to me with when using Android, so why can't you sort this out?

The issue yesterday was with the custom order here, which the lady was unable to complete:

I'm on an iPhone and was able to add to the cart successfully. Are they accepting the cookie banner? It looks like the checkout button may be covered up if the cookie banner is not accepted.

They're not getting as far as the checkout.  When they click on the item to add it to the cart, it says not enough stock, although the stock clearly is there.  It seems to be a problem with some versions of IPhones, not others.

Do you happen to know the version? I can check to see if anyone has a similar device to recreate. It might also be helpful if someone could provide a video recording. The user should be able to swipe up on the device to access the screen recording shortcut.

Another customer has just had the same problem using an Ipad - clicking on Checkout and nothing happening.

By the time they contact me to let me know there's a problem, they are usually so irritated because they can't complete the purchase that they don't want to go and find out what version/software/browser they're using.  It's hard enough to keep them as a customer, as I can't take card payments over the phone, so end up having to take Paypal (their fees are higher) or the customer has to send a cheque!!

No one reports this using Windows PCs or Android phones, so what is the problem?

If this isn't sorted out soon I'll have no option but to switch to another web host.

I totally understand the frustration. What product was this past user trying to purchase? I tried to click the example link you posted previously, but it is showing a 404 page. I need to give an exact example to advanced support in order for them to try to recreate.
