Order Confirmation/Receipt Page is Blank

After running a test transaction through our new site, the order confirmation page (receipt page?) is blank, except for the company logo at the top.

I don't see anywhere in the application to edit the order confirmation/receipt page.

The confirmation email is correctly sent, and the order exists in the system.

(note: this is a Weebly account created via Squareup.com)

Are you still seeing that, @timdris? It looks like our engineers fixed an issue causing that on Friday.

Hi @timdris Can you verify the order number? Also, is this the page you see after making the actual purchase, and not the email, correct?

I have attached screenshots of the order confirmation/receipt page (blank, except for the logo at the top of the scren).

Attempted with multiple products and browsers and accounts.

This one was for 1095655555 (confirmation email screenshot attached).

Our website is with a weebly through a 3rd party company so I know you can't help me, but thought I'd let you know that this problem is not fixed, as of yesterday (1/19/20) my customers are taken to the order confirmation page after placing an order and there is no order info, just the footer of the page is there.

I have contacted them but they aren't very helpful, they say they can't place an order to see the problem because they don't have a card, so they want me to give them my credit card over email so they can place any order and see what's going on, it's very frustrating (however, I love the weebly websitebuilder). I don't know why they can't just call you guys and explain the problem.  Anyway, I have also attached a screenshot of what shows up on the confirmation page so you can see what is going on.  I'm thinking if the problem is fixed on your end that it will fix any problem with 3rd party hosts?  Thanks for replying, you guys are really great at that! image

Hmm... maybe you could make a $0 product so they can go all the way through checkout without needing to pay? Because of the way that Weebly works through third party hosts, it's possible for something to get broken for a site in ways that are unique to that set up.

I am having the same problem. I ran a tester through and after I put the order through it doesn't give me a confirmation page. The customer and purchase shows up internally but once I hit purchase at the end of checkout there is no reassurance to the client they actually bought the product. I have to release this page to the public on February 1st. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi @eeshmawy Can you please try enabling your SSL? Log into the editor and click Settings. Then scroll to the SSL section and click Enable. Once the SSL is enabled the site should work properly, but please let me know if you are still running into the issue. Thanks!

I am having this problem too.  I received an email from a customer trying to make a purchase and she said Paypal redirects her to a blank page.  I tried to make the same purchase and this is the page I was returned to.  If I go back to the store, the item I tried to purchase is still in my cart, so the transaction is not being completed.image

I am not sure.  Actually I think I was able to fix this issue, I disconnected my paypal account and then reconnected it.  It seems to be working now.  Thank you.

Hello Bernadette, me again.  I was alerted by another customer that paypal was not working again.  After going through paypal to make the purchase, this is the screen it gets redirected to. I tried making a purchase myself using my husband's paypal account.  Last week I disconnected my paypal and reconnected it in my store.  Not sure what else I can do to get it to work right?  The orders are not completing.Thanks.image

Hi there - I'm afraid I'm having this problem too. Blank confirmation page. I disconnected and reconnected the paypal. SSL is enabled. Anyone have any further suggestions? Thanks.
