Location based delivery fee

Hi there,

If there a way to set a delivery fee based on distance? Right now, we can set a delivery fee based on the amount, but if someone is farther away from our office/central kitchen, we would like to have the ability to charge more. There are a lot more logistics involved in delivering food to a farther distance. Thanks.

I saw a number of threads with the same question - all from 2020 and I'm REALLY hoping Square has made this update in the last 3 years. 

We're a florist that offers local delivery only (no shipping or pick up). We deliver to a broad area and would like to charge different delivery rates based on zip code. Is that something you can do on Square? Does anyone know of an app add-on that would work?

I went ahead and merged your post to an existing thread where other Square Sellers have discussed this topic as well. We merge duplicate conversations together to keep like comments in one place, and to make it easier for others to find the thread in the future. 

I reached out to the Square Online Store Team to confirm. Unfortunately, this is not possible when using the Postal/Zip code option. If you were to switch to the radius-based delivery region, you could then set up distance-based fees which allows you to set different rates based on how far a delivery is from the location.
