I have Weebly AND a Square account but...
And it shows they are synced.. But how would I know that? I'm just trying to embed the sort of a buy now button that I have already with paypal but see NO way to do it. I'm a tour operator and everyone pays online with credit cards. Having a simple pay now or buy now button I can embed in my Weebly pages is what I need. Why is that proving so difficult to do. I looked EVERYWHERE on the support pages. But all I can manage to do right not is send clients an email invoice via Square. They can just go enter their card numbers and it's great. But there are lots of people who find one of my tours and wants to enter their cards on my website to pay. And right now I just have the paypal link and some people are hesitant to use them.

Hello @philiplevine!
What site are you trying to add this button to?
I will take a look!
You can create checkout links in your Square account then add the link to your site.
You can also create items to sell on your site. Either of those options would work but looking at the specific site will give me a better idea of what you need.
Thank you!

You should be able to do this through Square Online Checkout Links.
- From Dashboard, choose "Online Checkout"
- Click the "Add button to website" link in upper right corner of screen.
- Choose "Collect Payment" and set the price, frequency, description.
- After submitting that, you will get the options to customize your buy button for your website.
- After clicking "Create Buy Button" you will get the HTML embed code that you can add to your website where you want the button.
Hope this helps, @philiplevine!
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Frances
the issue is that each client would pay a different amount so I can't really set one price. Isn't there a way that I can do this: email my client with an invoice amount. then direct them to the button I would put on my website, then the would enter that amount and submit it?

Hmmm there's unfortunately no way to leave the amount open for customers to enter, best way to charge different customers different amounts would be to send invoices.
But keep in mind you can create many different checkout links, so you could have one for each different tour.
I noticed you write the amount to be entered in each tour's page, so you could just create a checkout link for that amount.
Thank you! @philiplevine

OK.. I understand that.. So I did the steps you suggested and did not see html code. I got this instead: Sign in to your Weebly account to connect it to your Square account, then create your checkout link. But I am signed into my Weebly account already and it shows that I am connected. But then I see nothing about the code to copy and paste to my site.

You'll need to sign in to your Square account then follow the steps above.
If you don't see the option to embed code, you can always copy/paste the checkout link and create aw button in your website.
Let me know if you're able to get the code from your Square account!

Yes, that's on Weebly's end.
You'll need to go to your Square Dashboard to create the checkout links and get the code to embed them in your site.
Let me know if you are able to get the code from your Square account!

You can simply follow these steps to get the code to embed:
- From Dashboard, choose "Online Checkout"
- Click the "Add button to website" link in upper right corner of screen.
- Choose "Collect Payment" and set the price, frequency, description.
- After submitting that, you will get the options to customize your buy button for your website.
- After clicking "Create Buy Button" you will get the HTML embed code that you can add to your website where you want the button.
