Free shipping coupon code glitch

Anyone else notice that when entering a new coupon code for free shipping, some of the states are missing from the "shipping method" list? I specifically noticed NJ, NY, & PA missing at the very least. Very frustrating to have to select every individual shipping method for all states, and even more frustrating to find out afterwards that all states aren't even in there!!! Help!

Hello! Sorry for the confusion! It looks like those states are ones that don't have individual entries in your shipping rules, which would be why they don't appear in the coupon listing. Orders headed to those locations should still be covered by the United States rules, however.

Thanks, but those states are the ones we ship to most frequently. I definitely entered individual shipping rules for them.

Sorry, I haven't been able to find them here. Are they still appearing in your regular shipping list?
