Shopping cart without setting up payments

Hello,

We'd like to enable a Shopping Cart functionality on our Website but we are not going to be accepting payments through the page.

We'd like to offer the visitor the ability to add items to the cart and at checkout an order number should be generated and an email sent to us containing the items selected by the visitor.

Please advise if this is possible.
