It looks like your Google Apps service is currently expired. You'll need to pay and reactivate this in order for your email address to work properly.

To do that follow these steps:

1. Log into your Weebly.com account.
2. Click on the Google Apps tab.
3. Click the Enable Email button.
4. On the popup window, confirm the email address(es) to renew.
5. Click the green Purchase button.
6. You should be good at this point.

Hi my colleage email nigel. na@fushigroup.com is not working. His email was set up in July and not expired yet. Also we have just been to Google Apps, there is no option for nigel.na@fushigroup.com to be enabled, please do urgently fix the problem as this is affecting our business so much.

Best regards

Shuo

Why doesn't Weebly send me an email saying it is time to renew my email? Or automatically renew it with the payment info on file?

I don't understand this at all. It makes my business look bad and unprofessional when my clients try to email me and reach an error message instead. Concurrently this makes Weebly look bad and unprofessional to me. Why would I keep using a web company that doesn't look out for my best interests? It would be such a simple solution to have an automatic billing reminder email sent to me or even simpler to have automatic bill pay.

I had to find out that the email associated with my domain name was down from a client who had tried it and couldn't get throught to me. Luckily this client also had my phone info and could reach me that way but I have no way of knowing how many clients I have lost because of this issue.

I am going to send an email out to the business group I am a part of here in the San Francisco area and see if the other business owners have this issue with their e-commerce platform providers.

Sorry for the trouble, @8David8. It looks like auto-renew was turned off for some reason - I've turned that on, so the service should auto-renew for you in the future using the billing method you have on file.

@Adam That is great! Thanks for the quick response and remedy. That is exactly what I needed. I had a four alarm fire going off in my head yesterday.

My client is having the same issue but when I log in, there is no Google Apps tab. She has a starter site. Any tips? Thanks!

Click on the menu on the top right of the dashboard, @graceelaine, then click on the G Suite link you see there. The dashboard has changed since the original post was written so the link moved and is found there instead.

same here it I upgraded to professional plan and it is trying to charge $300 to email our customers that is criminal

and I contacted BBB weebly isn't honoring to release the limit

it won't let us send emails treating us like a free plan where it only allowed 2 email forever

it should be letting us email customers on our professional account so many times a month FREE  and how to you setup members area.  How to people register THIS IS BS.
