Option for customers to "Make Offer" for items

On the posted item page in addition to having the set price displayed, would be beneficial to add a "Make Offer" Button next to the price allowing customers to "Make Offer" for an item.

It's not possible to edit the Item Details page, but you could add a link to the item description that opens a new page on your site with a contact form.

I've created a separate "Make Offer" page using the Contact Form.  Inefficient, but will have to do if Item Details can't be modified.
