Customers getting stuck at checkout - loading wheel
Hi All,
We currently run an online ecommerce retailer powered by Square, developed through Weebly and have recently received feedback from a number of customers that they cannot process payment through the checkout. (website is www.thenewhempco.com.au)
This is new as we have successfully been able to receive and process online sale payment in the past.
After browsing the site and selecting products, they can access the checkout page and enter in their user details and payment details (Usually a credit card). When they click the next button to process the payment, the button goes into a perpetual load cycle and they can't progress.
We have verified that this occurs with a test transaction.
As you you can imagine, this is a pretty big issue, please help!

After some testing and feedback, issue is with Card payments. Paypal integration works fine.
Is there a way to disable the visa/mastercard payments option and set Paypal as default?

Just my two pence worths! It would be much better to get the problem fixed rather than just accepting paypal. I would imagine several sites are affected, so does need fixing. The good people at weebly should be looking into this as an urgency!

Thanks for posting about this, @iainvdp. I checked with our Advanced Support team about this - did you make any changes recently within your Square account with the taxes on your items?

Bernadette, thank you for the reply! It was all products. I called Weebly customer service though and we tried disconnecting and reconnecting Square to see if that helps. Time will tell!
