Customer popup "no items in cart" when attempting to complete checkout, we still recieve order

Hi!

I'm Tyler from Willow's Bagels // Willowstogo.com

I've gotten a few calls and emails over the past couple of days saying customers are at the check out screen, click the check out button, and experience a popup saying it can't be completed because there are no items in their cart. The have several items in their cart, and the order pops up in our square system, but thinking their order didn't go through, they try to place it again and again and again, and we recieve it each time. We end up calling them and refunding the extra orders, but from their perspective, the order hasn't gone through. I have not recieved any screen shots from customers showing this issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there something on my end causing this? Is there an easy fix?

hi @tylerdanielbean I'm not able to recreate the issue described. Do you happen to know what item(s) this happens with? Or how they are ordering? ex. desktop/mobile
