Local delivery hours

I can not activate local delivery hours form my shop. In the documentation delivery and pickup is in the same label (https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en/topics/local-delivery) but in my dashboard are in different labels with no option to add delivery hours. Any help? Thank you

The whole aspect of delivery currently making me consider a different option for my storefront. It should not be grouped with pickup. There should be more flexible delivery options, as not everyone is a restaurant delivering food within a certain amount of time.

ECWID gives you the option to specify zip codes! We want to deliver to people that are not local and cannot ship  as its illegal for breweries to ship beer.

We just updated our Pickup and Delivery settings so that you can set different hours for each, @Marcelo. If you go to Settings > Pickup & Delivery you should see that change now.

Thank you Adam but I have no option to select delivery. It´s supposed to be under Settings > Pickup & Delivery but I´ve just Settings > Pickup. No delivery option.

Thank you! Two things....

Under delivery settings you make selecting delivery hours required. This doesnt work for us.

Now can you add a place for Delivery Instructions in the delivery settings as well?

Hi, in my case I have only Pickup option, not Pickup & Delivery. Attached an image of my dashboard.

In the Pickup option I can configure picking hours, that is exactly what I need but for delivery.

Do we have to configure something more? Thx.

@Adam, can you please take a look in my dashboard why the Delivery option is not available? Thans in advance.

Hi @Marcelo Apologies for the confusion, but the delivery option is only available for the new editor. You are using our original site editor and would need to create a new account/redo your site in order to have the delivery feature at this time.

Hi @Adam, I´m on a Business account and the only problem is to migrate the website and the products/categories. How can I do it?

You'll want to create a new account, @Marcelo, and that should get you a site that uses the newer website editor. Once you've done that we can help move over your paid service to that site for you.

Hi, I have been waiting for TWO weeks for an answer on this very topic, only seeking Pickup and Shipping options, but NOT delivery. I run a food business and it's important that i have that feature. I have paid for the year subscription for the Business Plan, and spent many hours building it and cannot believe that I have to start rebulding from scratch. There has to be a better way to fix this now.

I clicked on the link for people who want to build an online store for a food business, for pickup and delivery... i did all the steps asked, completed it and now youre saying that local delivery is not available unless I use the new editor?...

It's possible that our onboarding has changed since you signed up, @FreestyleFarm, because you have the classic editor and not the newer editor that supports delivery. If you make a new account it should give you the newer editor, and we can help move your paid services over to that account for you.

Hi Adam,

Can the development team please consider supporting the local delivery feature on the classic editor?  Or alternatively, support transfering sites built with the classic editor to the new editor?

We desperately need the local delivery feature, but our site is apparently 'on the old editor' since we've been Weebly customers for years. The prospect of rebuilding our entire site from scratch with a new account extremely painful, but we really need the local delivery feature...

Can you help?

Kevin
