Checkout not working

A customer contacted me to say that they are unable to checkout after adding items to their cart. I checked and the checkout button is greyed out. People have previously been able to make purchases with no problem.

If I change the checkout method to Buy Now then checkout works fine but then customers are unable to add a coupon code.

Any ideas???!!!

Thanks for posting everyone, and sorry for the troubles!! This was a known issue, but has been resolved as of earlier this afternoon. Please let us know if you are still seeing the error, though, and we'l look into it further.

This is still an issue. Sorry to piggyback on this older post, but my customers are reporting that after applying a promo code the checkout button greys out unless they refresh the page. Shop is Kembi's Candle Caravan

I am having this issue as well. It will allow checkout for pickup but not for delivery Smiley Sad. Hoping to find a resolution here.

I have found that refreshing the page is helping, but the customer shouldn't have to do that

The checkout button is not being displayed on my weebly website RunningBugFarm.com as of Saturday April 4, 2020. Customers informed me & I checked myself to discover (so far) that there is no checkout button displayed in Firefox or Chrome. On Internet Explorer the page isn't loading correctly, the button is one quarter visible then cleanly cuts off. In Safari & Kindle, checkout works fine - so far.

Thanks for reaching out. It seems like you are using an older theme. We suggest that you update the theme of your website. In our experience, this has fixed the issue in the past. If you decide to make these change but would like to switch back at some point, you will need to visit this URL to choose the theme again.

I am receiving reports from my customers that they're unable to checkout, eg.:

"I was wanting to pre-order but I cant do it online as the shopping cart wont allow it. How do I place my order?"

It seems to be an intermittent problem. I've conducted many trial transactions and did come across an example where the contents of the cart would disappear once I clicked on it to begin checkout.

I'm concerned about the amount of business that I'm losing and I'm not impressed with how difficult it is to access any assistance from Weebly.

Can you post a link to the site so we can take a look? Is there a specific product or fulfillment option you were testing?
