An order was received but its email notification by weebly was not received

Hello Support,

We received an order from a customer. the email notifying us of the order failed to arrive. Had it not for Square notifying us of a payemnt being made, we wouldn't have known about the order and we wouldn't have shipped it. 

Please advise reason and how can this be fixed going forward.

Hmm... I haven't heard of any similar reports recently, however, there are some situations where our emails may be blocked or delayed by your email provider (which we have no control over). If you cannot find the messages in your inbox or spam folders, and you truly believe the messages aren’t coming through, then we encourage you to whitelist a few of our emails related to your website to help keep them from being blocked or delayed.

Whitelist the following email addresses by adding them to your contacts:

• no-reply@editmysite.com
• hello@weebly.com
• hello@emails.weebly.com
• no-reply@weebly.com
• noreply@promote.weebly.com

Hi Bernadette,

We can assure you that Weebly emails always reach us and are never blocked by spamfigher or Junk mail. This matter is taken seriously so every few hours we check those 2 files to make sure the work emails are not affected by such filess.

Could there be another reason. The site is: www.synodmedicalcentre.com web built by Weebly. Could there be another reason or a blip or a glitch in the system. Please check.
