Hello, I have found a site that is hosting stolen 3d models of mine and other people that I know. We have tried to report the site in question in the past but got no response to it. We have tried to ask the person in charge of the site to have him take our things down but he just stops responding to us. How would we go about getting our stuff taken off his site or the site taken down till he removes said content?

Hi @4x4convoy ,
Sorry to hear you're dealing with this. You might be able to file a DMCA removal request (or have them do the takedown for you).

I used this blog post to help me file a take down notice https://beginnersblog.org/file-dmca-request-with-google/
U can also see who is hosting the FAKE blog on
https://www.whoishostingthis.com/
and then contact the host to ask them to take it down..
You can also deploy methods to stop people downloading ur content by adding some code which disables the right click function on the mouse
Of course people can always screen shot stuff.

@whitemonkey I have already tried contacting weebly for them to do a takedown since they are the ones doing the hosting of the site and they never responded. I have tried contacting the guy running the site and he just ignores me / blocks me whenever I ask him to take the stuff down

But if u file with Google they are legally obliged to look into it. Can take a month. They have a lot of take down notices to issue.
If u ping @Adam he can see that a ticket gets issued to the relevant tech team

If the site you've found your content on is a Weebly site you can submit a DMCA request here: https://www.weebly.com/dmca
If it's somewhere else you should be able to do something similar with whatever company is hosting the site.
