My domain.net redirects to www.domain.net
This has caused us to be totally removed from google organic listing because the domain.net was indexed and the www.domain.net was considered a dupicate and not indexed. Now when google crawls my domain.net all it sees is the 301 to an unindexed www.domain.net site. This may be showing as a loop to google as the fetch tool shows
www.domain.net 301 redirected to www.domain.net when you fetch as domain.net.
Any ideas on fixing this.

Is this the only site in your account, @dmcdann1? I just want to make sure I'm looking at the correct domain. When I do a Google site search of both versions, Google returns to me the same search results (all of which are using the www subdomain as part of the URL). I don't know what search queries you were using to check organic results, though.
