link 'unsubscribe to list' in email does not work

Hi,

I've created an email and did a few testmails. Everything seems to be working fine, except the link of 'unsubscribe to list' (in dutch: 'abonnement opzeggen') does not work. I don't know how to fix this. Its an automated sentence so I cannot add a link myself or change anything about it. What do I have to do to fix it?

It doesn't do anything, its not clickable.

Hmm... Are you looking at your email in a separate program (like Outlook) or from a web-based interface?

I checked in Outlook and in Gmail, in both not clickable
