Automated welcome e-mail not working

I can't select all trigger forms in the settings of the automated mails. Not all forms that I offer are displayed in Promote for selection.

In addition, the mails are almost never triggered correctly. The problem has been there for several weeks now.

Pretty corrosive.

I've just posted a problem with Promote too. I almost signed up for it but don't think I'll bother - it seems glitchy!
