How do you cancel Promote before the trial period finishes.
I'm not ready to start using Promote just yet. Looks great though - will definitely use it later. How do I cancel it for now?

Hey @JAK! If you only ever used the two free emails and didn't actually pay for a plan, you don't need to do anything right now. Whenever you're ready to use Promote you can sign up for a plan at that time, but you don't need to worry about canceling anything.

Hi,
What about cancelling Promote once we have begun paying for it? I can't seem to find anywhere to stop the payment coming out, easy to sign up not so easy to cancel.

I can remove the service for you if you'd like, @Complete. I can also just turn off auto-renew so you can still use it until the expiration date. Let me know whichever you'd prefer!

I agree. It was super easy to sign up for, but it's not doing anything and I want to cancel it without canceling my whole website. Can you help?

You won't actually be charged if you used the two free campaigns, since there isn't a service added to your account for that. In order to get charged for Promote you'd either need to pay for a package yourself, or get it as part of a promotional bundle (your Pro upgrade didn't include that). Sorry for the confusion!

Hi, I was just charged for an extra month on the Promote Growth Plan and was not made aware of the auto-renewal. I'm very disappointed that cancellation is not easy. Can you please end my renewal for next month? And honestly, if I don't get a refund for my charge today, I don't think I will be returning to Weebly in the future.
