All of my Marketing, Emails and Info from Weebly Promote is gone, Yet I am still being Biled for it

Like others have mentioned, I do not have access to any of my Weebly Promote information. Past emails are gone, and I cannot see who has subscribed to my email list. I also cannot create new emails. Yet, you keep billing me for this service. I have submitted 3 support tickets and spent hours on hold.

your hold music is torture!!! the same loop on repeat?!? who does that to people. THE SUN IS NOT COMING!!!!!

At the very least you should stop charging me and refund me while this servcie is broken.

Please contact me. I am fed up.

also, if I need to cancel my account and go somewhere eles, how do I do so?

oh yeah, and your links are all broken when trying to access help.

Hi there. Since you are using the editor through Square you will want to visit the Square Help Center when searching articles. If you try to access an article from the Weebly Help Center while logged into your account you will run into a potential error or 404 page.
