Is it just one customer not receiving the email? Can you please confirm if you are using Promote marketing service?

Each group send a letter 2500 / More than 500 unsent letters per group

I am not posting an advertisement
I just send letters to customers
But because there are too many, I send letters in groups

Do you have a different account that you send the emails from? As Adam stated, you do not have any type of bulk email marketing setup in your account. Where do you see 50-500 unsent emails? Can you provide a screenshot?

we use Weebly website Mailbox sent letters,we use Gmail to sent letters, and
The email "A8-190" sent by the Hui'an immigration website send 340 but did not send 50 letters.
The email "A2-190" sent by the Hui'an Study abroad website send 2369 but did not send 598 letters.

Every 2 weeks, Friday and Saturday, I will send letters in 28 groups

From 8/8 to 8/10, send the 190th issue of "Hui'an immigration" to 14 mailbox groups.

From 8/8 to 8/10, send the 190th issue of "Hui'an study abroad" to 14 mailbox groups.

And This is all letters sent in early August 2020. It is estimated that 60,495 letters will be sent.
But the actual letters sent were only 49,403 letters.
The letter had not been sent a letter accumulated 10786.

We are not able to assist you with your Gmail account. If you are using a paid service through Weebly we will need to know if you manage it from a different account since the account you are logged into does not have the service setup.

That plan is correct if what you want to do is send email campaigns to lists of contacts. Is that what you are looking to do?

So our validity period still exists, but will there be any unsent parts?
Is the level purchased by the mail system incorrect?
How many letters can I send each day without being blocked?

I have to send 60734 letters every 2 weeks
And divided into 28 groups, each group will send 2500 letters

Resend unsent mail,
Divided into 6 groups, each group will send 1946 letters
Total 10,945 unsent

The plan you have should be fine to send that many emails in a month; the maximum amount you can send with your plan is 250,000 in a month.
