A few days ago I recieved an email saying Sqaure is finally pushing people onto Weebly. I made that transition in February/March. I then signed up for Weebly Promote so that I could collect emails and send out nicer newsletters. When this latest "upgrade" happened, my Marketing section lost all abilites.
All it shows is a link to Square's marketing tools (which are way outdated for what I need) and another option to start collecting emails. A week ago it showed everything included with Promote. I had no issues before this latest email.
Another concern is that my Weebly homepage now shows that I have two shops with similar names. I believe they took the old, outdated store and moved it over. I thought that's what I already did back in March.
Can anybody help me? I really need to access my email lists.

Hi @brianrex Do you still need assistance with this? It looks like a rep was in your account yesterday and has already resolved the issue you were running into.

I never heard back from anyone about this error. It still is not showing me my marketing materials. It just wants me to go to Square Marketing but I need to use Weebly Promote and get access to my email lists again.

Our engineers are going to be releasing a fix shortly which should return that back to your account for you, @brianrex. You shouldn't need to do anything on your end for it to start working.

Its two months later, and mine is still gone, yet I am still being charged for the promote plan. When will this be fixed?

Hi @JoiedeRosie I'm not sure of the timeframe for when the issue will be fixed, but I noticed a rep extended the service for you an additional 3 months while the team is addressing the bug. Can you please confirm?

Yes, after many hours over many days and many support tickets and about a zillion plays of here comes the sun on an endless loop. I finally spoke with someone. They are working on fixing the problem, and extended the service for 2 additional months.
