reactivate gsuite when url has been transferred to another host

Help would be appreciated!!

I started my company website in Weebly before a web company redesigned it for me and took over the hosting.  However my Gsuite was still being paid for through Weebly.

The Gsuite didn't autorenew and I now can't reactivate it.  When I try it says 'an error has occured please contact support'.  I have done that and spoke to someone who couldn't help and I'm waiting for someone else to get back to me.

It's really urgent as I can't access any emails!

I guess the complication is because the hosting isn't with Weebly anymore however in the Gsuite account I can't unlink it from Weebly.

Any advice out there?

Our team can push you into a direct-billing relationship with Google, @Timo1. This seems like it would probably be the best option since your site is hosted somewhere else. Can you request that on the email case you have open with our team?
