Hi team
I would like to obtain a refund for 2 x $48 charges applied on 7 April 2020.
I bought a one month subscription for $10. Later, I tried to purchase the registration rights for a domain for two years ($48) however when I tried to do this, the webpage kept coming up with an error saying that there was an issue with my request. I tried again a few times after checking that I had entered all the correct fields but this issue kept presenting.
Subsequently, I bought the rights to the domain name I wanted through another website. I have just gone to check my card statements however and I can see that I have received 2 x $48 charges (totalling $96) from Weebly, despite previously seeing on the web that my domain purchase request could not be processed.
Can I please have the $96 refunded? Thanks
