Thanks Bernadette, but I had no choice but to upgrade to a paid site... Very disapppointed that I was not sent an email or any notification that there was no longer an option for a free site, as we are a not for profit charity

I'm sorry to hear, @DivaDebs1 Did you bring this up with the rep? The agents should be able to advocate for a non-profit discount for you. You should try reaching out to support again and see if they can do anything retroactively do anything for you. They might have to process a refund and then recharge you, but it's worth a shot.
