Need to go back to starter

I am running on a pro site which I have expressed to Weebly that I do not need, I am paying $18 a month but see it sould only be $12?? Regardless I do not need that level of hosting. 

It is impossible to find out on Weebly how to get back to the starter site, can anyone help? I am about to completely shut down all my accounts and go to Square Space.

Sorry for the trouble, @Tara1. I've removed the Pro service from the site and credited your account for the 4 days that were remaining, which will discount purchasing Starter for the site.
