Connect Plan Refund

Two days ago, I made a website and subscribed to the domain for a year. However, I just realized that I confused the connect plan with the pro plan. I want to get refunded and switch the plan to pro. Thank you.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I'm happy to issue the refund, but since this would be an upgrade to your current plan it will be easier to simply upgrade the plan where you will be charged the difference for upgrading.

Log into your account and click the Upgrade button in the top right corner. Choose the plan you want and proceed to the checkout link. You will see you credit applied, although, it will change as each day goes on.
