We're not able to provide assistance in Chinese, but I'd be happy to help in English 🙂.
If you have a monthly plan, we unfortunately cannot refund the latest month. You can however cancel your plan from your Weebly homepage:
- Click on your business name on the top right
- Then click on Account and Settings
- Go to My Services
- Below Subscription, click on Cancel
If you have a yearly plan, our team can cancel and refund it for you within 30 Days of the renewal date. To do so, you'll have to contact our Support Team directly by email here.
