refund

Hi, I paid for one month pro features and also a domain less than 30 days ago, but after being really dissatisfied with the website editor, I cancelled it and decided I wanted a refund. I don't know if that automatically refunds me or not and I couldn't contact anyone or find any way of trying to get a refund on the website for ages, it even took me so long to find a helpline to ring, so this is my way of trying to secure a refund before the 30 days is up.

Thanks for your post, @hally. I just refunded your Pro upgrade for you. Did you want to keep your domain or cancel that, too? We can cancel and refund it but it won't cancel the registration itself, so the domain will remain in our reseller account until it expires next year.
