Purchase error charged 5 times

Hello, I have tried to buy the domain
www.sydneygroup.com.au
at the end of purchase then I press Purchase button and it tells me "an error has occured"
I press this button 5 times and finally in my bank account I run 5 transactions.

I have paid 5 times for the Domain and finally I dont even have the domain,
Would you please be able to not take this money? and explain why this purchase is not right?

Hi @pabloafp Is the domain url an exact match for your registered business name? There's a lot of requirements to register a .com.au domain name. If the domain registration fails, it should automatically refund the charges. Can you please confirm if the charges are pending or removed from your bank's end?
