I created the 13 Child website as a community project. I hoped this would translate into a business opportunity and this has not eventuated. The sum of $
477.18 was removed from my bank account without my authorisation or knowledge. Contacting Weebly is a beauracratic nightmare. This leads me to beleive that an inability to contact your organisation means that the customer goes over the 30 days and is then ineligible for a refund. I do not wish to continue my association with weebly. Please refund me.

Thanks for posting, @Jilly64. I've refunded the charge back to you and removed the service for you. You should see that back in your account in a few business days.

While normal refunds aren't a problem, when it's an issue that our Policy team handles we need to let them handle any possible refunds for the account.
