Just HOW am I supposed to contact someone about a billing issue..?

OK, so I have a billing issue, an unexpected charge to my credit card.

I have a Pro Account, which gives phone support, but the wait time is 31 mins 18 secs.

So I click on "Chat With Us" but chat is not working and I am presented with an email form, which I complete and send.

So what does my Pro account give me in terms of Phone Support if the wait is 30 mins+, and why on earth is Chat offline..?

Hello! Sorry for the stress. It sounds like you may have been checking in after hours, which would normally be why chat support would be unavailable. Our team should be able to clear things up for you via email, or you can always check back in with us via phone, if you prefer.
