Auto-sent Reviews email needs to sync with store shipment, NOT store purchase
We are unhappy with the auto-send time options for the review email sent to the customer. We make a tailored custom product with a 5 week lead time. We want the customer to be able to write reviews but they are getting the auto email BEFORE recieving the product bc the auto email is synced with purchased date, not shipped date. It just looks bad that we have to let them know in the text of the auto email that our web platform is dumb. See screenshot below.
