Weebly for Web designers .. different feature access to personal accounts?

I know weebly and Square is a newish thing, but I am confused about the platform as an ecommerce web designer.

I created a Weebly web designer account and I notice in there I can add an online store and that the UI is the same as if I had a peronsal account.

However with a web designer account, I notice I can create a blog and use apps which I can't as a personal store creator. Will apps like shipsation work with Web designer Square built online stores? It's rather confusing as Iam sure it for your devs. 

Can I customise code in Square  / weebly stores? Should I be leaving Weebly for Web designers alone until feature parity exists or does anyone have more info on where this heading?

A Square Online Store uses a different editor experience that you'll see with Weebly for Web Designers. Unlike WWD, a Square Online Store does not currently support using apps from the App Center. That may change in the future, though for now you can't use the Shipstation app in the App Center with a Square Online Store.
