Vertical Divider has no Button to "get it"

Dear Weeblers/Weebly,

This element is not working in the App area - there is nothing to click on so I can't "get" it for my sites.  I wrote to the developer, they said it is a Weebly issue.  Please help - I need that vertical divider.

Is it working for you now?   The "Add" button is there for me in all browsers...

I just tried Microsoft Edge, and there it was. TY, I never would have thought of it being a browser problem!

I have that one, but that is not a simple line!!

Found and done. It was an old panel function. Is it possible to re-have it in a more simple way?
