Testimonial Sliders

I just bought the Testimonial Slider and discovered there is no way for customers to add their testimonials. What's the point of this if I have to copy and paste things from my email into this app? How do I get my money back or how do customers add their testimonials?

Thank you because I just did the same thing.  I contacted Weebly by email because the Chat was off.  I hope they can fix the issue.  I thought it was something I was doing wrong.

Since we didn't make the app there isn't much we can do ourselves, though if you also contact Baambo Studios they might have some ideas for you.
