Unable to Update an App (Social media stream)

For months I try to work on my website but one app Social Media Stream never finish it's update, and because of that I can't work on the site. Pleas  help me.

No esc working, no X button on the update.. My website is blocked and i absolutely need to work on it!

If you log into your account and refresh your browser, the account should load properly now without that app update. Let me know if you run into any issues!

It finally updated, so no need of using tricks (besides, i tried before with refreshing, no working).
