Need app to enter and search neighbors skills

I volunteered to create a website to allow our homeowners association members to enter and search skills. As an example I'm looking for a plumber or a landscaper. Are any of our neighbors willing to offer these services.

I need an app to enter the services offered and contact information and another app to search or list services available. We have about 125 homes in the association so it's a rather small database.

Does anyone have any leads on apps that will work with a Weebly website?

You could actually do this using our Search element, @TravelGuy.  If you made a page on the site for each home with a list of skills that people at that home have, these will come up in search results.  For example, if you search "plumbing", any page where you listed plumbing as a skill will be returned in the results.

Adam ...  Your soluntion sounds like a resaonable option but I'd like to have each homeowner enter the informtion for thier family. How could I set that up?

It's pretty simple, actually - if you've upgraded the site to Pro you can invite each homeowner as an editor and give them access only to their own specific page.

There is the thumbtack app, not sure if it is a plugin here but it's mainly for house repair and renovation work. You could also use the calendar app and make it private for business purposes.
