"ADD" button is gray for some of the sale items

Hello,

 

I made some changes to the grid on two of our tablets (one is for bar and other for cafe) and also made changes through the account on my laptop. I'm not sure if I complicated things but now I can't "add several: of the options at time of doing a transaction for an iem ("add" button is gray instead of blue).

 

I have deleted the items from the account and added again. Not sure what I did or how to fix. Anyone know?

@CoWorkCafe It sounds like you might have unintentially changed an item variation or alteretd your modifier settings. If you've checked your modifier settings from the Dashboard (go to Item Library > then select Modifiers) and they're correctly applied to each item go ahead and call our CS team. They'll be able to go over your item library settings with you!
