I am trying to link my square app with acuity. However it says its unable to link the two because of the location, but both location are set in the UK.

Hi @RootsbyRia, thanks for sharing this! There are a couple things we can check:
- Make sure that you've linked a bank account to Square and it has been verified.
- If you haven't already, make sure you've verified your information to activate the account for card payments.
If you've done both of these and the same message still comes up, please let me know.
