We have the new register on our Theatre bar and have no other electrical items in the area.
We have two different bar staff on each evening of a play and 50% of them (frustrated volunteers) REALLY struggle to get the screen to register their touch.
It is a real issue for us as when the screen does not register, they have to touch it numerous times and then sometimes it registers the touch two or three of those times.
It is a real pain especially when busy and a customer is standing waiting and can't pay.
Is there a solution or is the register faulty?
