iOS App Issue

Hello,

 

I have pickup orders that I use the quick buttons on them to mark as in progress then mark ready for pickup. But when on the iPad doing this every time you click the button it slightly scrolls down the screen causing me to sometimes misclick an order or in general just being much slower than I could be marking them ready. Is this a known issue being worked on? 

Video link below to show it happening. It happens on every order unless you are scrolled at the very top then it doesn't happen.

Thank you for attaching this video showing what's happening, and sorry we've not gotten back to your here earlier!

 

Is the version of the Square App you're running on your iPad up to date? You can check this by going to the App Store > tap Updates in the lower right corner > locate the Square app and tap Update.

 

If the issue still persists after this, I'd recommend reaching out to support, who will be able to file a ticket with engineering if needed.
