Why isn't my customer receiving an order confirmation email?

Hi, 

 

I created a sender profile and updated my email settings. However, when I tried to send a test email to myself, I did not receive it. 

 

I also tried to make a purchase and did not receive the order confirmation email. I did receive a digital receipt, but not the order confirmation email.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you had trouble with an order email and test emails!

 

It sounds odd that you've received the receipt but not the other emails - to confirm, are you using Square Online as the website platform, or is it a 3rd party ecommerce integration (eg WooCommerce, ECWID, Big Commerce etc)?
