I am trying to delete a couple of one-of-a-kind items some my online store that I sold at a craft show yesterday. I hit delete on the first item yesterday and today 24 hours later it still hasn't deleted it and won't let me start another one because it says that it's still in the process of deleting the first tiem. Something is wrong and I can't move on. How do I get out of this loop so I can get these items removed from my site? I thought it might be my browser so I tried to do it in Chrome and Firefox but get the some message either way.

@LisaTJewelry Have you tried loading the item in the point of sale app? or deleting it there?

Sorry, just saw your response...I can't really remember but I ended up calling and talking to someone and they saw what I was talking about and looked it to it. It turns out there more several items that I had deleted from my website (or thought I had) because I sold them at an in-person show and for some reason they were all backed up in a cache somewhere. Long story short they were able to get it taken care of and so far I have not had that problem since. Knock on wood.
