I know that this is using iOS beta software but I thought I'd ask if anyone in the community has seen this issue. I have 2 different Square readers that connect and work as expected on iPad and iPhone running iOS 18.01. On devices running iOS 18.1 beta, the readers connect to the phone correctly but get an error "Unable to connect to Square".
Another iOS 18.1 issue that may be the same or related. Attempting to use Tap to Pay, I get an error that Location Services is required. The issue here is that the Square app does not show up on the application list under Location Services so it can't be enabled.
Has anyone else done testing on the soon to be released iOS version?
