has anyone had issues with customers not being able to put stuff in basket?

I have inputted all my stock but customers can't add anything to the basket - it just keeps saying basket is empty, has anyone come across this?

Can you send me a link to your site so I can take a look?  Had the basket previously been accessible or is this a new site?
