Zapier trigger for new payment doesn't pass any customer info

Anyone using Zapier? When I send a client an invoice with my my checkout link and someone uses the link to send me a payment, my zap triggers, but Square USUALLY doesn't include any customer identifying information (name, email, phone) in the zap data. I get payment amount and date and a bunch of other less useful stuff, but nothing to identify the client.
