Why won't the square take a "benny" card?

I am a counselor who accepts credit cards for payment and have had no problems with the exception of benny cards (clients FSA account cards).  These cards have been denied and when I call the company to find out why they have advised me to add their payor ID to my card program.  I don't know how to do this, does anyone else?

To accept HSA/FSA cards you will need a specific business category. But we can't address it in the Community, because its public. I will have a Support Specialist follow up with an email shortly.
